Terms & Conditions for using our software/ services

• All Products are packed with license for one year only, not sold.

• Post Dated Cheques are not accepted.

• Maintenance Charges will be extra if not charged and described in the bill

• We donot provide onsite services/ warranty. We can give only online support using online support software like teamviewer, provided you have Broadband Internet Connection.

• We do not provide the control panel's user name & password of the website if dynamic section of the website is developed by us.

• No Source Code of Software and website will be given in any case.

• If any mistake is found on the bill please inform us at- cc@reosys.com as soon as possible.

• We are not liable for expiration of the services and it is client's duty to inform us to renew the services.

• We do not install or maintain any hardware component of your computer system or networks.

• We do not supply or maintain the software other than developed by us.

• All the contents (Written & Pictures) of the website is provided by the clients.

• Reosys reserves the right to change the information (regarding terms and condtions using our services/ software) any time without prior notice.

• All Disputes are subject to Dehradun Jurisdiction only.
